Download Festival: Under 5s (ages 0-4 years) are allowed for free – no child ticket required, but must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. 5-12 years olds must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult and each child will require a Child Ticket. 13-15 must purchase an ADULT ticket and be accompanied by a parent / guardian over 18.

Tickets important note:

Weekend arena only give you access to the arena on all show days (Fri/Sat/Sun). Ticket holders are responsible for their tickets until exchanged for a wristband on first time entry. There is no re-entry on ticket alone. Download Fes tival will not replace lost or stolen tickets or wirstbands regardless of proof of purchase. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with wi ll be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.

Ticket limit:

A max of six tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of six will be cancelled.

What parking choices are available near the Donington Park?

Download Festival: On-site parking is available plus we have disabled customer parking area is located at the front of the West car park and available on a first come first served basis. Parking is free of charge for blue badge holders. Access to the arena from the car park and campsite entrance is via a tarmac road. From the front of the West Car Park it is approximately 0.5 miles to the arena entrance (this does depend on where you park within the car park). If you are camping in the disabled customer campsite, cars can be parked next to tents if required, though we are unable to offer this to everyone due to restrictions on space. All cars can be parked in the disabled customer car park.

Is there seating available for individuals with accessibility needs in Donington Park?

Download Festival: All disabled customers are welcome at Download, but as it is a greenfield site there are steep stony hilly sections of the site, meaning that sometimes access across the site is not that easy. Stewards however, will be around to assist.
