For customers buying stalls tickets, please note that Stalls seating is flat until Row J after this Row the seating is slightly raised, and customers may stand during the performance. The stalls area is accessible for standard sized wheelchairs using the venues internal lift. Please note that Balcony seating is raked and is only accessible using steps, so not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Standing will NOT be permitted in the Balcony, due to Health & Safety reasons. Patrons who therefore do not wish to stand during seated concerts need to book tickets in this area. Any seat sold as restricted view is due to a sight issue or pillar blocking part of the stage. Alcohol may not always be permitted in the Theatre but if it is, glass is not allowed. Spa Drive Long Stay Parking is also available on the approach road to The Spa. This is also 24 hour and Pay and Display only. South Bay Underground An Underground Car Park is situated on Foreshore Road. This is open from 8am to 7pm. The car park will be open later during Spa events. A sign plate will be in place, at the entrance of the car park, to advise motorists of the car park closing time. This parking is Long Stay, Pay and Display.
